Return and Refund Policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if you're not happy with an item, send it back for a full refund. You may return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it.
We will provide a full refund for items sent back within 30 days (from the date of purchase). The refund will be in the original form of payment for the full purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 15 days of us receiving the return.
Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the reason for the return is due to item(s) being damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return Instructions (USA and Canada):
Use OUR return label to return your item(s) to us.
Step 1: Email support@hijabihues.com with REFUND in the subject. Be sure to provide the order number, name of items you are retuning and the reason for the refund in your email. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label you can use to return the items.
Step 2: Be sure to write the Return Authorization Number we provide you with clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package and return your item(s) to us.
This return option has a $3.95 fee which we will withhold from your refund once the return is processed. This fee will not apply if the the reason for the return is due to the item(s) being damaged, defective or incorrect.
